47 individuals from 39 organizations in 15 countries attended the meeting. There were: 38 Full Members representatives present at the venue; 37 Full Members directly represented at the venue; and 41 Full Members represented when including one remote participant and three representation mandates given to three participants. The quorum applying to General Assembly meetings (3/5th of 55 2015 Full Members, i.e. 33) was therefore amply satisfied.
