Hosted at SZN, the PLAnkton NetworKs and long-Term trend analysis: Ecological Research and System approaches (PLANKTERS) summer school is an opportunity for participants to be trained on analytical methods for time-series data. The course will be hands-on, and will provide students with both a general theoretical framework of network analysis as well as guidance on practically applying it for use with long-term data.
Participants are expected to have a background in aquatic ecology, a basic knowledge of R and/or other programming languages and a familiarity with basic statistics.
Interested participants may learn more at the link above; applications will be open from 1 January.
