The Belmont Forum has launched a call for "Science-based e-Infrastructure Innovation" (SEI) to improve the use of transnational, interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary data in research on environmental change.
CESAB, a center for synthesis and analysis of biodiversity data, can provide a solid foundation for catalysing projects and increasing the chances of success on the call. CESAB provides the scientific community and stakeholders (including the private sector) with an innovative research facility to facilitate research projects and advance knowledge on the state and dynamics of biodiversity and biodiversity. interactions with other disciplinary fields (health, geosciences, socio-economics, agroeconomy, amongst other fields).
Since 2010, there have been 19 projects and 141 articles published in scientific journals and books.
