This document was drafted by the EuroMarine Steering Committee in 2017 and revised by participants in a EuroMarine workshop held in Brussels on 26 April 2018.
It was submitted to EuroMarine Member Organisations, through their General Assembly representatives, on 5 June 2018, with a deadline for feedback of 5 July 2018.
A final version of the Ocean Frontiers Manifesto was produced by the Steering Committee based on members' feedback.
