The European Aquaculture Society (EAS) has a vacancy for a dynamic and motivated person to help with the implementation of their development strategy. Working directly with the Executive Director, the new staff member will be responsible for several key actions to enable better and continuous networking opportunities for their members. These include the following:
1. Providing support and tools (Sharepoint) to Thematic Groups (sub-groups of members that share a common interest) and contacts with the Group moderators.
2. Implementing new membership benefits – including webinars and mentoring programmes.
3. Creation of new databases (from existing information) to define the potential EAS Community.
4. Increasing the EAS presence on social media as a tool to recruit new EAS members.
