Job purpose - You will join a vibrant research/commercial community to strengthen the blue growth agenda (Blue-Action H2020), work with project partners to facilitate links to key stakeholders to adapt and respond to climate change and boosting their economic growth and transfer of knowledge to a wide range of interested key stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing new opportunities for knowledge exchange, as well as maximising the impact of those already in place.

Types of activities - Working with project partners, and reporting to the Interim Associate Director (Science, Enterprise and Innovation), you will be expected to take on a varied workload which includes contribution to the development KE activities, implementing and delivering Blue Action’s exploitation and CPD plans as well as continuing to deliver the project’s communications plan with project partners. You will roll out a programme of CPD for business users/project partners/students and trainees, social media engagement and management and work closely with the academic community. Attributes required - You will have a relevant degree and/or proven experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills; strong abilities in both written and verbal contexts. You will be well organised with the ability to multi-task and work well as part of a small team that serves a wider research/business community.
