Satellite Remote Sensing TrainingExternal

News Overview

Due to the latest developments regarding the virus Covid-19, the University of Cyprus is cancelling all seminars and conferences until the end of April. The organisers of this course have therefore decided to postpone the Satellite Remote Sensing Training Course until a later date. The new date will be announced as soon as possible.

The University of Cyprus is organising a two-week Satellite Remote Sensing Training Course (April 27 - 8 May 2020).

The course is highly methods-oriented and aimed at marine scientists, oceanographers and graduates of other ecological/environmental studies, with modest or no prior experience with satellite remote sensing techniques.

The course will be taught by Dr. Bruce Monger, who has been teaching the Satellite Remote Sensing Training course at Cornell University since 1999.

Details of the training course are in the course flyer below or on the course webpage.
