The European Geosciences Union General Assembly will be held between the 23rd-28th April 2016 in Vienna, Austria. The EGU General Assembly 2017 will bring together geoscientists from all over the world to one meeting covering all disciplines of the Earth, planetary and space sciences. The EGU aims to provide a forum where scientists, especially early career researchers, can present their work and discuss their ideas with experts in all fields of geoscience. 

Submission of abstracts is now open.

Abstracts from researcher of any level working on aspects of coastal carbon have been invited from Craig Smeaton, University of St Andrews, UK, additional details of this session BG3.3/OS3.9 Coastal Carbon: From Vegetated Coasts to Sedimentary Stores  can be found at:

The abstract Deadline is 11 January 2017 but if you submit an abstract before the 1 December 2016 you are able  to apply for financial support from EGU.
