The theme for this year’s conference is Thriving or Surviving – Creating Resilient Fisheries. 

The branch has put together a programme of talks that incorporates sessions from the freshwater, transitional and marine environments. Conference sessions will cover a wide range of topics over the three days including

  • Resilient Fisheries
  • Yorkshires Rivers
  • Resilient Environments
  • Mitigation and Recovery
  • Future Proofing Fisheries
  • Resilient Angling
  • Habitat Management for Fish

The Tuesday evening will see the branch holding the Yorkshire Social at the Humber Street Distillery on the marina. During the evening we will also have posters on display as well as showing the new short films about the rivers of Yorkshire and the return of the Salmon.

The Wednesday evening will be the Annual Dinner which will be at The Deep Aquarium on the banks of the Humber Estuary.
