Coastal TEP (C-TEP) online platform workshop

Coastal TEP (C-TEP) is an innovative online platform enabling easy access to an extensive archive of satellite data, in-situ measurements and the processing tools you need to develop algorithms, process large amounts of data and extract valuable coastal information. The workshop will focus on presenting the latest C-TEP developments and pilot research applications through presentations and live demos.

Workshop: Horizon 2020 project management masterclass

AquaTT have been an active organisation in European projects for the past 24 years, leading or partnering in the implementation of 17 FP7 and 8 H2020 projects in the last seven years alone. AquaTT is hosting a project management masterclass in Dublin, Ireland, including theory, exercises, case studies and the use of templates and processes to show how EC Projects can be managed effectively and efficiently.This workshop is suitable for anyone working on H2020 projects but is particularly useful for coordinators, project managers and work package leaders.

Workshop: Developing a winning Horizon 2020 application

AquaTT have been an active organisation in European projects for the past 24 years, leading or partnering in the implementation of 17 FP7 and 8 H2020 projects in the last seven years alone. AquaTT is hosting a proposal writing workshop in Dublin, Ireland, including the use of theory, exercises, case studies, templates and processes to show how to write successful applications.This workshop is useful for anyone who may be coordinating or leading the development of an application in the near future. Research Officers and support staff from institutions are also welcome.

SOLAS Science and Society Workshop

A free workshop on the topic of  "SOLAS Science and Society" will take place from 26 to 27 October 2016 in Brussels (Belgium). The workshop will bring together researchers in the field of ocean-atmosphere interactions and social scientists. During the two-day workshop, the discussion will focus on three separate topics:

  • Valuing carbon and the ocean’s role
  • (In)Forming policy across the air-sea interface
  • The shipping industry and air-sea interactions.
