Partnership for Observation of the Global Ocean (POGO) will be offering a number of shipboard fellowship opportunities during 2023. This programme is designed to promote training and capacity building leading towards a global observation scheme for the ocean.

Participants can expect not only to attend the cruise, but will also have the opportunity to visit the host institution for one month prior to the start of the cruise. There they will participate in cruise preparation and planning. There may also be opportunity to go to the institution after the cruise for one month for further training in sample and data analysis and interpretation.
