At the Institute of Marine Research (IMR), a 3-year Post Dr. position is available for work with ploidy and inheritance genetics of salmonids. The position will be linked to a NFR project addressing the production-related challenges of triploid Atlantic salmon, primarily developmental genetics, inbreeding and aberrant inheritance in triploid fish. The position is affiliated with the research group Population Genetics and is based in Bergen.
