The 7th Conference on Estuarine and Coastal Morphodynamics - MEC2024 - will be held at the José Grácio Auditorium, in the Mechanical Engineering Department of the University of Aveiro (Portugal), from April 22 to 24, 2024.

This initiative is organized by several institutions, including the University of Aveiro and the Centre for Environmental and Maritime Studies (CESAM).

This conference aims to be a forum for presenting research work related to the morphodynamics of coastal zones, and for discussing ideas, knowledge and information about the coastal zone.

The Organizing Committee invites the scientific community and entities with responsibility for coastal zone management to take part in this event and submit their work for oral or poster presentation.

Abstract submission is open until January 15, 2024.
